Whole Life Fitness is open 24/7 all year, with group classes Monday - Saturday, so it’s easy to find a class that fits into your schedule. Remember, a one hour workout is only 4% of you day so there are no excuses! Our first class starts at 5:00 AM and our last class starts at 6:30 PM so no matter if you’re an early bird or after-work warrior, our gym and coaches are ready for you!
